Abstract: Food safety has become a core topic that public and media have consistently focused on since it is closely related to daily life. The rapid development of social media has led to countless concerns on food safety through public opinions, which are characterized by fast communication speed, widespread dissemination and disinformation, leading to increasing difficulty of relying on manual monitoring of food safety public opinion recommendations through years. This paper has organized and analyzed the current state of online public opinions on food safety, built an artificial intelligence monitoring system for food safety public opinions, and taken large-scale farmers' markets for food safety public opinions as a typical case to provide an integrated solution for public opinion management in the field of food safety governance. The research results can serve as a technical guide for effectively responding to online public comments on food safety, assist in enhancing public trust, and play a certain supporting role in maintaining social stability.
