Abstract: Based on gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS), a stable isotope dilution method was established for the determination of dioxins (PCDD/Fs) and dioxin like polychlorinated biphenyls (DL-PCBs) in pork. The sample was extracted by Soxhlet extraction, and the fat was removed by acidified silica gel. Then, after purification by multi-layer silica gel column, alkaline alumina column and activated carbon column, the elution samples containing PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs were collected respectively. Finally, it is concentrated and redissolved for GC-MS/MS determination. In this experiment, the degreasing method of the sample and the blank contamination of the system were discussed. The results showed that GPC degreasing had a great influence on the recovery of PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs, and acidified silica gel degreasing was more suitable for the analysis and detection of ultratrace dioxins. The blank pollution of dioxin detection system mainly comes from Soxhlet extractor. When the pork was detected, the internal standard recoveries of PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs were 62.2%-122.4% and RSD was 4.6%-14.7%; The recovery rate of the target substance is 64.9%-118.8%, and the RSD is 1.1%-14.7%, which meets the relevant requirements of the national standard of GB 5009.205-2013. It is suitable for the determination of PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs in actual pork samples.
