双酚A残留的检测方法研究

摘要: 建立了用液相色谱-串联质谱技术测定双酚A残留的方法。质谱采用电喷雾电离源(ESI)。负离子采集模式,选择反应监测技术(SRM),定量离子对为m/z227>132、114;甲醇-水(3:7)为流动相,流速500μl/min。方法的检出限为1.8ng/ml,线性范围20.0~2000.0ng/ml,回收率91%。并实验比较了液相色谱紫外检测器与串联质谱检测的灵敏度和选择性,结果表明LC-MS2方法灵敏、准确、快速。

Abstract: A new method was developed for direct determination of biphenol A residue by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer. Sample was concentrated by solid phase extraction column. Selection reaction monitoring technique via negative electrospray ionization was used, and quantitative ion pairs were m/z 227 > m/z 132 and m/z 114. Mobile phase was methanol and water mixture (3:7), with flow rate 500μl/min. The linear range is 18.0~1800.0 ng/ml with a detection limit of 1.8 ng/ml, and the recovery is 91%. Cornparison resuts of UV and LC-MS2 showed that this method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate.
