福林法测定猕猴桃多酚含量的研究

摘要: 研究了以没食子酸为标准品,采用福林法测定猕猴桃多酚含量的适宜条件。结果表明,当福林试剂与10%Na2CO3之比为1:2(V:V),福林试剂体积为4ml,反应温度为25℃,反应时间为120min时,多酚含量在1~6μg/ml范围内与吸光值呈良好的线性关系。测定方法的RSD为0.81%,平均回收率为98.8%,有较好的精密度和准确度。

Abstract: sing gallic acid as the standard, the optimized conditions for determining content of kiwifruit phenol by Folin method are as follows: volume ratio between Folin reagent and 10% Na2CO3 1:2 (V/V), volume of Folin 4 ml, reaction temperature 25 ℃,and reaction time 120 min. There is a good linearity between content of phenol and absorbance in the range of 1~6μg/ml. The average recovery rate of spiked phenol is 98.8%, and the RSD is 0.81%.
