摘要: 本文综述了N-亚硝基化合物分析方法的各种样品制备方法和定量定性分析方法。样品制备方法包括蒸馏、消煮和吸附的分离方法,以及薄层色谱、柱色谱和超临界萃取的纯化方法,还有简单的样品制备方法固相微萃取法;并介绍了N-亚硝基化合物的定量定性分析方法,包括分光光度法、薄层色谱法、气相色谱法、液相色谱法和胶束电动毛细管色谱法。

Abstract: The present paper reviews various sample preparation methods and quantitative methods for determination of volatile N-nitroso compounds. The methods of sample preparation include distillation, heating digestion and adsorption for separation, and thin layer chromatography, column chromatography and supercritical fluid extraction for purification of volatile N-nitroso compounds. And a simple sample preparation method, namely solid micro-extraction, is also reviewed. Quantitative and qualitative methods including spectrophotometry, thin layer chromatography, gas chromatography, liquid chromatography and micellar electrokinetc capillary chromatography are introduced.
