摘要: 本文全面综述了甘露聚糖分离提取方法、功能活性等方面的研究进展,重点对酵母甘露聚糖的酸、碱等分离提取方法及增强机体免疫活力、调节肠道菌群平衡等功能活性进行系统分析,最后对目前甘露聚糖研究中存在的问题、发展方向、重点和趋势进行了展望。
关键词: 酵母甘露聚糖, 分离提取, 功能活性
Abstract: The research progresses of extraction and activated function about yeast mannan were elaborated in this article.The extract methods such as acid extract methods,alkali extract methods,and the activated function such as enhancing immunity and regulating the balance of intestinal microflora were systematic analyzed.In addition,the open questions in mannan research were pointed out,the direction,emphasis and the tendency of mannan in the future were prospected.
