五味子醇提残渣中粗多糖的免疫活性研究

摘要: 目的:研究五味子醇提残渣中粗多糖对小鼠免疫活性的影响。方法:采用热水浸提法从五味子醇提残渣中提取粗多糖。注射环磷酰胺(CTX)造成小鼠免疫功能低下模型,观察五味子粗多糖对小鼠腹腔吞噬功能、血清溶血素水平的作用。结果:北五味子脱蛋白粗多糖能极显著增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能(p<0.001),未脱蛋白粗多糖能显著增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能(大剂量组p<0.01、小剂量组p<0.05),而南五味子粗多糖只有大剂量组能增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能(吞噬指数p<0.05),并呈一定的量效关系。南、北五味子粗多糖大、小剂量组能显著提高小鼠血清溶血素水平(p<0.01)。结论:五味子醇提残渣中粗多糖具有较好的免疫增强作用。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate effects of coarse polysaccharides from the ethanol-insoluble residue of Schisandra (CPES) on immunological activtiy of mouse. Method: CPES was extracted with hot-water. Cyclophosphamide (CTX) was uesed to set up the low immunity mice model, and the effects of CPES on phagocytic activity and the level of blood serum hemolysin were studied. Result: B-2 can increase abdominal cavity macrophage phagocytic activity significantly (p<0.001) B-1 can increase abdominal cavity macrophage phagocytic activity (high dose of B-1: p<0.01, low dose of B-1: p<0.05). Only high doses of S. sphenanthera coarse polysaccharides can increase phagocytic activity (phagocytic index p<0.05) and show dose-dependent augmentor effects. CPES can increase the level of mice blood serum hemolysin notably (p<0.01). Conclusion: CPES has potent immunological function.
