从树叶中提取精油萃取液的研究

摘要: 本试验对树叶中提取精油萃取液进行了研究,通过三种不同试剂萃取,对水蒸汽蒸馏产物所得的萃取率来研究其适合度。经试验证明,对荷花玉兰树叶和樟树树叶精油最适宜的萃取液是石油醚;对月桂树叶精油最适宜的萃取液是乙醚。

Abstract:  The test is a research on the extraction of distilling essential oil from leaves by comparing efficiency of extraction by three reagents. Those are ether, ethyl acetate and ether from Petroleum. By this test, to evergreen Magnolia leaves and to camphor tree leaves, the better reagent is ether from petroleum; to laurel leaves, the better reagent is ether.
