毛竹叶柄类黄酮降血糖作用的研究

摘要: 本文研究了毛竹叶类黄酮(FMBL)的降血糖作用,将FMBL分为高、中、低3个剂量组给四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小白鼠灌胃,以灌胃0.9%生理盐水为模型对照,以优降糖为阳性药物对照进行实验。结果表明三个剂量的毛竹叶类黄酮均能较好地降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病小白鼠血糖水平,并能减缓糖尿病小白鼠消瘦和多饮多食的症状,其中以中剂量FMBL400mg/kgbw·d组的效果最佳。进一步考察中剂量FMBL对正常小白鼠血糖值的影响,结果发现FMBL对正常小白鼠血糖无显著影响。

Abstract: To study the hypoglycemic effect of flavonoids from moso bamboo leaves (FMBL) on normal and diabetic mice induced by alloxane, the mice were respectively divided into three groups:high-dose-group, middle-dose-group and low-dose-group, 0.9% saline group was choosed modle control and the anti-diabetic activity of the standard drug group(glibenclamide)was electropositive control. The results from pre-and post-treatment analysis of blood glucose showed that the concentration of blood glucose in the three groups was obviously decreased and symptom of diabetic symptoms such as, weight loss, polydipsia and polyphagia was also relieved, and the middle group(400mg/kg bw·d) was the bes. Further study showed blood glucose of the middle-dose-normal mice did not change significantly.
