摘要: 山楂具有很高的营养价值和保健功能,本文论述了山楂的营养作用、功能因子及其保健食品的开发利用,对山楂的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract: Hawthorn has high nutritional value and perfect health function. Development and application of nutritional, functional components and health food of hawthorn are discussed in this paper. The development prospect of hawthorn also is predicted.
