摘要: 本文利用一种新的灵芝孢子破壁方法—过冷液氮淬冷破壁法进行了灵芝孢子破壁实验,证明了该方法具有破壁效果较好、效率高、操作简便等特点;冻结解冻循环次数对灵芝孢子破壁率有显著影响,破壁率随冻结解冻循环次数增加呈先快后慢的上升趋势。

Abstract: A new simple but effective method for breakingGanoderma-lucidum spore by quenching into subcooled liquid nitrogen was studied in this paper.As the result of the experiment,the breaking ratio increased with the increase of freezing-defreezing times.
