脉冲电场对乳酸乙醇酯化反应的非热影响

Non-Thermal Effect of Pulsed Electric Field on Esterification of Lactic Acid with Ethanol

摘要: 研究不同处理时间、醇酸比条件下脉冲电场(PEF)处理对乳酸和乙醇酯化反应的影响,并分析PEF处理高电导率反应体系的热效应和非热PEF效应。结果表明,同一场强、反应温度、反应时间条件下,随着流速的逐渐增大,单次PEF处理时间缩短,乳酸乙酯的生成量逐渐减少。同一电导率条件下,PEF处理醇酸比由物质的量的比0.5:1增大至2:1的4个反应体系中,随着醇酸比的增大,乳酸乙酯的生成量也逐渐增加。反应10h内,PEF处理高电导率反应体系对反应的促进效果中非热效应促进效果最高可达总反应效果的69.4%。

Abstract: The effect of pulsed electric field (PEF) treatment under varying conditions of treatment time, flow rate and ethanol/lactic acid ratio on esterification between lactic acid and ethanol was investigated in this study. Meanwhile, the thermal effect and non-thermal effects of PEF treatment were also compared. The results indicated that the reaction was enhanced with decreasing flow rate or increasing single treatment time. When the molar ratio between ethanol and lactic acid was increased from 0.5:1 to 2:1, the yield of ethyl lactate was increased gradually. The non-effect of PEF treatment on esterification accounted for 69.4% of the total effect within 10 h.
