茶多酚心血管保护作用研究进展

Advances in Research of Polyphenols in Cardiovascular Disease

摘要: 2015年世界卫生组织报道,心血管疾病已成为全球的头号死因,死于心血管疾病的人数逐年上升。大量实验证明茶多酚在抗动脉粥样硬化、降血压、降血脂、心肌保护、血管保护、抗心律失常和心肌缺血再灌注损伤等心血管保护作用方面均有较好防治效果。本文主要是对茶多酚在防治心血管疾病研究进展来作一综述,探讨了其心血管防护作用及其作用机理,分析了我国茶多酚的研究现状,并对茶多酚的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract: The World Health Report 2015: Cardiovascular disease is a leading cause of death worldwide. The number of death from cardiovascular disease has been a growing year by year. A large number of experiments reported that tea polyphenols have a good preventive effect on cardiovascular diseases, such as Atherosclerosis, Arrhythmia, myocardial ischemia reperfusion etc. The aim of this article is to review the literature on the health benefits of tea polyphenols against cardiovascular disease, and provides the molecular mechanisms involved in cardioprotection of tea polyphenols. Additionally, it also analyzes research status of polyphenols in China, and gives a outlook to application prospect of Polyphenols.
