苏土元及其变种对高血脂小鼠脂肪代谢的比较研究

Effects of Dietary Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker and Its Mutant on Lipid Metabolism in Hyperlipidemic Mice

摘要:

本实验主要研究了苏土元及其变种——圆柱型土元对高脂血小鼠脂肪代谢的影响。方法:Bal b/C 雄性小鼠分别喂食标准饲料、1% 胆固醇饲料和含10% 土元粉末的1% 胆固醇饲料,自由喂食三周后,测定小鼠空腹血脂和肝脏脂肪浓度。结果:圆柱型土元可显著降低高血脂小鼠血液总胆固醇(10%,p < 0.05)、甘油三酯浓度(22%,p < 0.001)、低密度脂蛋白浓度(16.3%,p < 0.05),提高高密度脂蛋白水平(16%,p < 0.05)、降低动脉硬化指数(p < 0.001)。苏土元不影响血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白浓度,但可显著降低血清甘油三酯浓度(57%,p < 0.001),提高高密度脂蛋白水平(46%,p < 0.001),降低动脉硬化指数(p < 0.001)。另外,圆柱型土元可明显降低小鼠肝脏总胆固醇浓度(53%,p < 0.001),而对甘油三酯浓度无影响,苏土元对小鼠肝脏脂肪浓度均无显著影响。由此可见,苏土元和圆柱型土元的降血脂效果存在明显差异,圆柱型土元降胆固醇效果优于苏土元,而苏土元的降甘油三酯效果则优于圆柱型土元。

Abstract:

The study aimed to investigate the effect of dietary Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker (EW) and its mutant (columnar Eupolyphaga sinensis Wal ker, CEW) on lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic mice. Forty eight male Bal b/C mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, normal group (cholesterol free AIN76 diets), model group (1% cholesterol diets), EW group (10% EW powder and 1% cholesterol diets) and CEW group (10% CEW powder and 1% cholesterol diets). After 3 weeks, serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels were determined. Hepatic lipid concentrations (TG and TC) were also determined. The results showed that CEW significantly decreases the concentrations of serum TC (10%, p<0.05), TG (22%, p<0.001) , LDL-C (16.3%, p<0.05) and hepatic TG (53%, p<0.001). On the other hand, EW does not effect the concentrations of serum TC, LDL-C, hepatic TG or hepatic TC, but significantly decreases the concentrations of serum TG (57%, p<0.001). Both EW and CEW significantly increase HDL-C levels (46%, p<0.001 and 16%, p<0.05 respectively), and decrease atherosclerosis index (33%, p<0.001 and 23%, p<0.001 respectively). In conclusion, this study indicated that there are significant different effects on lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic mice between EW and CEW. The hypocholesterolemic effect of CEW is better than that of EW, but the hypoglyceridemic effect of EW is better than that of CEW in mice.
