摘要:

我国在法律上确立了食品召回制度。本文拟从食品召回制度的设计理念入手,结合国外及我国的食品召回制度的实践,对我国食品召回制度在理论上应当如何设计,以及如何使食品召回制度在我国发挥应有的作用做出重新认识。

Abstract:

China has established food recall system legally. Based on the practice related to food recall system at home and abroad, this paper started from the design concept of food recall system and tried to make a re-understanding about how to design China food recall system theoretically and make it play a due role practically.
