摘要:

氨基糖苷类抗生素由于其高效和低价,是当今世界使用最为普遍的抗生素种类之一,广泛用于养殖业中。然而,由于其具有耳肾等的毒副作用,因此在大多数国家中的使用受到了限制。本文介绍了动物源食品中氨基糖苷类抗生素残留检测方法,主要介绍免疫检测及多残留检测方法。

Abstract:

Because of their high efficacy and low cost, aminoglycosides have become one of the most universal antibiotics in the world and are widely used in breeding industry. However, their application has been limited in most countries due to their ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity. This paper introduced the detection techniques of aminoglycoside residues in animal products, especially immunologic analysis and multi-residue analysis.
