外源核苷酸对干酪乳杆菌生长的促进作用及机制

摘要: 探究2 种外源核苷酸,即5’-单磷酸胞苷(cytidine 5’-monophosphate,5’-CMP)和5’-单磷酸腺苷(adenosine 5’-monophosphate,5’-AMP)对干酪乳杆菌生长的促进作用,探究其对细菌生物被膜、胞外聚合物、粗提物群体感应抑制活性和抗食源致病菌生物被膜活性的影响。结果发现,2 种外源核苷酸对细菌的生长繁殖均有明显促进作用,刺激了细菌生物被膜和胞外聚合物的产生。此外还促进了干酪乳杆菌粗提物群体感应抑制活性和对志贺菌生物被膜的抑制作用。5’-CMP和5’-AMP可以作为细菌生长刺激物使用,在维护肠道健康方面具有广阔应用前景。

Abstract: In this study, the effect of two exogenous nucleotides, namely, cytidine 5’-monophosphate (5’-CMP) and adenosine 5’-monophosphate (5’-AMP) on the growth of Lactobacillus casei was explored, together with the effects on the biofilm morphology, extracellular polymeric substances and the inhibitory activity of the crude extract from the culture supernatant of L. casei against quorum sensing and the biofilm of foodborne pathogens. The results showed that the two exogenous nucleotides could promote the growth and reproduction of L. casei, and the production of bacterial biofilm and exopolysaccharides (EPS). Moreover, they simulated the quorum sensing inhibitory activity and anti-biofilm activity of the crude extract of L. casei on the biofilm of Shigella spp.. Therefore, the two exogenous nucleotides hold great promise as bacterial growth stimulants in maintaining intestinal health.
