大孔型离子交换树脂脱除食品稀糖液中Ca2+、Mg2+的初步研究

摘要: 研究了3种大孔型阳离子交换树脂脱除稀糖液中Ca(2+)、Mg(2+)的效果,其中Amberlite252对Ca(2+)、Mg(2+)的交换能力最大,除去效果最好。研究还证实,该树脂的交换容量与稀糖液的PH值和操作流速有很大的关系。

Abstract: The elimination of Ca2+ and Mad+ in diluted sugar solution by three kinds of larger pores canon exchange resins was sysematically studied. It was found that the Amberlite 252 resin was most effective for the elimination of Ca2+ and Mag + in diluted sugar solution and its exchange capacity was seriously influenced by PH and the flow velocity of sugar solution.
