蜂王幼虫对小鼠免疫功能的影响及机理探讨

摘要: 采用耳肿胀法(DTH)、半数溶血值法及小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡血红细胞试验(体内法)评价蜂王幼虫对细胞免疫、体液免疫及非特异性免疫的影响。结果:DTH显示蜂王幼虫10g/kg剂量组耳肿胀度显著高于对照组(卜005大蜂王幼虫5g/kg、10g/kg剂量组的半数溶血值水平与对照组相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05);小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡血红细胞试验显示,蜂王幼虫各个剂量组与对照组比较差异均有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:蜂王幼虫有增强小鼠兔疫功能的作用。

Abstract: DTH.HC50 and experiment of phagocytosis ofmacyophage are investigated to appraise Cellular immunity Humoral immunity and Nonspectific immunity.Results showed that the degree of swelling of swelling of ear obviously increased in Ig/kg-dose group compared with that in the control group,the serum hemolysin obviously increased in 5g/kg-dose and 10g/kg-doseguoup;the coefficient and index of phagocytosis markedly increased in the experiment group too .It concluded that Queenbee brood markedly enhances immunity fullction in mice.
