食用菌对Fe、Zn、Se生物富集作用的探讨

摘要: 研究了在不同培养基成分和同一培养基成分中香菇、茶薪菇和金针菇对Fe、Zn、Se的富集作用。结果显示:培养基成分、微量元素浓度和食用菌菌株会影响食用菌的生物富集作用。提高培养基中蛋白质、脂肪和Fe、Zn、Se的浓度,有利于食用菌对Fe、Zn、Se的富集。在这3株食用菌中香菇富集Fe、Zn能力最强,金针菇富集Se的能力最强。较高浓度的Fe、Zn、Se盐能促进香菇菌丝的生长。

Abstract: The ability of bioenrichment action of Iron. Zcinc and Selenium irons of Lentinus edodes. Agrocybe chuxingu and Flammulina velutipes cultured in the same and different media were compared.The results showed that medium composition, trace element concentrations and fungi strains can atytct the bioenrichment action of edible fungi.The high quantify of protein. fat and the concentration of iron Zinc and Selenium ions in the medium is more advantageous to bioenrichment of edible 1’ungi.The best ability of’ bioenrichment action of iron and Zinc ions is Lentinus edodes and the bioenrichment action of Selenium ion of Flammulina velutipes is very strong.The high concentration of iron Zinc and Selenium can promote mycelium growth of Lentinus edodes.
