摘要: 通过试管内混合培养和生物学试验对耐氧双歧杆菌与肠道致病菌的拮抗作用及对肠毒素的降解作用进行了研究。结果表明,耐氧双歧杆菌对产肠毒素大肠杆菌(ETEC)和葡萄球菌等具有较强的抑制作用;对肠毒素(LT+ST+)有很强的降解力。

Abstract: In this paper by’ passing through tube culture and biological assay the effects of oxygen-resistand bifidobacterium were studeied.It was found that oxygenresistant bifidobacterium strongly by restrained the activities ofenterotoxigenic F.coli (ETEC) and Stasphylococcus. Heat-labile and heat stable Enterotoxigenorig were biodegradatied by oxygen-resistant bifidobacterium.It was. identified that Enterotoxin was fermented to nutrients.
