鱼糜团聚结构的分析

摘要: 鱼糜的结构与其流变特性密切相关,对其结构的定量描述一直困扰着该研究领域的人们,因此,我们用显微图象技术探讨了鲢鱼糜的团聚结构。最后得出可用鱼糜团聚体中孔隙平均径,孔隙直径的累积分布以及孔隙质心距总质心的距离函数来描述鱼糜的团聚结构。

Abstract:  篢he structure of minced fish was relative to its rheological behavioru.The qualitative analysis of its structureconfused people in the domain of its research.Aggregational structure of minced fish was studied using micro-graphtechnology.The average diameter and its cumulative distribution.the distance between total mass center and the masscenter of porous could be used to research aggregational structure.
