方便面料包中大肠菌群的快速测定

摘要: 研究了纸片法测定方便面料包中大肠菌群的应用状况。通过研究表明,将样品接种在自行研制的检测纸片上,在36±1℃的条件下培养12~15h后,对结果进行判定,其各稀释度的阳性符合率均达到或超过100%。

Abstract: This paper studied the application conditions of the test paper method to determine the coliforms incondiment package of instant noodle.After the sample was incubated in the test paper made by the author in 36±1℃ fer 12 ~ 15 hours the result can be determined.The positve consistent rate is 100% or more in every diluteconcentration.
