固定化酶流动注射化学发光法测定淀粉的含量

The Determination of Starch by Immobilized Enzyme and Flowing Injection Chemiluminescence

摘要:  用溶液凝胶法固定α-淀粉酶、葡萄糖淀粉酶和葡萄糖氧化酶,将其用于流动注射化学发光分析体系,可实现对淀粉的快速检测,测定的线性范围为10-200mg/L,检出限为0.2mg/L,10次测定的相对标准偏差为1.8%。

Abstract: In this paper,α-amylase,glucoamylase and glucose oxidase were Immobilized by sol-gel.With its application to jlowing injection chemilumine-scence system,starch could be rapidly determined with the liner rage of its concentration in 10-200mg/L and detection limit at 0.2mg/L.The relativte standard deviation (RSD) is 1.8% with 10 continuous assays.
