摘要: 杂粮具有较高营养价值高和保健功能。发展杂粮生产可以改善农业生产结构和农民收入。杂粮可以增加中国农产品出口创汇。杂粮在国内外有很好发展前景。发展中国的杂粮产业还有许多问题急需研究。

Abstract: There are high nourishment value and health function for coarse cereals. The structure of agriculture produce and thefarmer income could be improved through development of produce on coarse cereals. The china agri-product profit in foreigncurrency could increase by the coarse cereals. There is good foreground of development for the coarse cereals in world. A lot ofissue on the development industry of China coarse cereals has to be studied.
