摘要: 禽流感的爆发暴露了我国动物源性食品安全监管体系的一些缺陷,本文通过分析我国动物源性食品安全体系的不足,从我国国情出发,为现阶段完善我国动物源性食品安全监管体系,控制动物源性食品安全问题对我国人民健康、经济、社会带来的不利影响提出了具体建议。

关键词: 动物源性食品, 食品安全, 官方兽医制度, 兽药残留监控, 全程安全管理

Abstract: The breaking out of Avian Influenza (AI) emerges the deficiency of China animal-borne food safety. By analyzingthe deficiency of China’s system, the article presents some suggestions on bettering China animal-borne food safety which is fitfor the new situation of China .So as to control the bad influence of the animal-borne diseases on the civil health, economics andsociety.

Key words: animal-borne food, food safety, official veterinary system, surveillance and control to leftovers of animalremedy, total safe management
