摘要: 本文介绍了一种新的D-葡萄糖二酸1,4内酯的气相色谱检测法,该检测方法与有关文献介绍的其它检测方法相比较,具有灵敏度高、前处理简便、测定速度快、成本低、适用面广等优点。同时,对红茶菌样品的检测结果为解释红茶菌饮料的解毒、抗癌作用提供了有力的证据。

Abstract: A new method for determination of D-glucaric acid 1,4-lactone in Kombucha by Gas Chromatography was introduced. This method had many merits in contrast with other test methods, such as high sensitivity, easy pretreatment, quick test,low cost and wide application etc. At the same time, the test results of the sample of Kombucha from Beijing have shown effective supports for the explanation of Kombucha’s effectiveness in detoxification and cancer prevention.
