南阳彩色小麦微量氟的分布及浓度直读快速分析方法研究

摘要: 用超声波技术浸提样品,离子选择性电极浓度直读法快速测定了南阳彩色小麦中的微量氟,方法快速简便、实用性强,利于普及推广。RSD<5%,加标回收率为92.0%~101.6%,是测定小麦微量氟的较好方法。测定结果表明,南阳彩麦中麸皮氟的含量比麦仁高数倍。

Abstract: The distribution of micro-fluorine in nanyang color wheat was determined with fluoride ion selective electrode by concentration direct reading method. This method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate after the sample was ultrasonicly extracted . The recovery was 92.0%~101.6% by standard addition method, and RSD< 5%(n=3).The results obtained were satisfactory.
