高效液相色谱法测定菱角中的没食子酸含量

摘要: 目的:用高效液相色谱法测定菱角药材中没食子酸的含量。方法:采用C18(4.6mm×200mm)色谱柱,甲醇—0.5%乙酸水溶液(15:85)为流动相,流速1ml/min,柱温27℃,在271nm下进行检测。结果:菱角中没食子酸含量为0.08%,平均回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.89%。结论:采用高效液相色谱法测定菱角中没食子酸的含量,简便、快速、准确。为进一步制定菱角药材的质量标准提供了依据。

Abstract: Objective: To determine the content of gallic acid in fruit of Trapa manshurica by HPLC. Methods: Chromatographyconditions: C18 column with methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid solution(15:85) as the mobile phase, flow rate 1.0 ml/min, detectionwave length at 271nm and 27℃. Results: Content of gallic acid in fruit of Trapa manshurica is 0.08%, the average recovery is98.3% and RSD is 1.89%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, and accurate. It is available for quality control of Trapamanshurica.
