摘要: 本文概述了纳米包装材料的研究现状和在食品保鲜中的应用,阐述了抗紫外线纳米包装、纳米啤酒瓶、纳米抗菌性包装材料在食品保鲜中的应用特性。作者同时综述了纳米包装材料的安全性问题,提出了需对食品纳米包装材料中的纳米粒子进行系统深入地安全性评价。

Abstract: The review summarizes the current status and its application of nano-packaging especially anti-ultraviolet nano- packaging、beer bottle nano-packing and anti-bacteric nano-packaging in food preservation. The review also describes the security problem of nano-packaging. And on the bases of those, the review puts forward on the comprehensive security assessment of nano-particle in food nano-packaging.
