配位色谱分离染料木素和大豆苷元单体

摘要: 目的建立中药葛根中的染料木素和大豆苷元的配位色谱分离方法。方法:葛根提取物与0.1M的Ni2+溶液混合,硅胶柱干法分离。氯仿甲醇梯度洗脱。结果:染料木素和大豆苷元与常法柱层析的分离次序相反,纯度达到95%以上。结论该法绿色环保,简单可靠。

Abstract: To establish a protocol for the purification of genistein and daidzein from Pueraria lobata(Wild.)Ohwi by coordination chromatography. The extract of Pueraria lobata(Wild.) Ohwi was mixed with Nickel sulfate and then purified by dry column chromatography in gradient systems composed of chloroform and methanol. The elution order of genistein and daidzein was opposite comparing with ordinary chromatography method, and the purity of genistein and daidzein were greater than 95%.
