摘要: 介绍了一种双波长分光光度法,应用于测定软枣猕猴桃中的总黄酮含量,测定波长510nm,参比波长584nm,平均回收率98.63%,结果表明,软枣猕猴桃中总黄酮平均含量为3.42%,该方法稳定可靠,重现性好。

Abstract: In this paper, a double-wavelength spectrophotometry was applied to determine the total fiavonoids in Actinidia arguta(Sieb.et Zucc)Planch. The detective wavelength was 510 nm ,while the reference one was 584nm, the recovery was 98.63%. The result indicated the average total fiavonoids in Actinidia arguta (Sieb.et Zucc)Planch was 3.42%,the method was stable, reliable and accurate in the determining process.
