摘要: 文章对γ-氨基丁酸的生理功能及其研究开发进展进行了综述,并对其研究前景进行了展望。

Abstract: The physiological functions of γ-aminobutyric acid were stated, and the research and development progress of γ- aminobutyric acid for the health food and food additive was also reviewed. Besides, it’s prospects were discussed in this paper.
