摘要:  将废弃物鱼鳞资源充分利用,研究了淡水鱼鳞水法制胶。在制胶工艺中不加酸、碱、盐,减少了对环境的污染。结果表明,最佳的制胶条件为液比1:1~1:1.5、温度60~70℃、时间2~3h。

Abstract: In this paper extracting collagen from scrap fish scale by water was studied. No sour,alkali,salt in the processing,reduced the pollution to the environment. The results showed that the best processing condition are the water ratio 1:1~1:1.5,temperature 60~70℃,time 2~3h.
