葵花籽中脂肪酸的气相色谱-质谱分析

摘要: 对葵花籽中脂肪酸的组成和含量进行测定。采用索氏提取法提取其脂肪酸,再进行甲酯化处理,以气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行了分离和鉴定。由葵花籽中分离鉴定出4种脂肪酸,脂肪酸的主要组成是不饱和脂肪酸。

Abstract: To determine the fatty acids in sunflower seed,the sunflower seed oil was extracted by Soxhlet extraction,the fatty acids in the oil were esterified by sodium hydroxide-methanol,and then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). 4 fatty acids are identified in the sunflower seed,the main components are: unsaturated fatty acids in the sunflower seed.
