摘要: 介绍了食品、食品包装与食品安全的基本概念,简述了食品包装与食品安全的关系,论述了影响食品包装安全的主要因素,分析了常用食品包装材料的安全问题,并提出了一些保证食品包装安全的措施。

Abstract: This paper introduces the fundamental conception of food,food packaging and food safety,summarizes the relationship between food packaging and food safety,discusses the main factors influencing the food packaging safety,analyses the safety of common food packaging materials and puts forward some measures guaranteeing food packaging safety.
