固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定鸡肉中氯霉素的残留

摘要: 本文采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法对肉食鸡中氯霉素残留进行检测。样品用乙酸乙酯提取,并用正己烷脱酯,经ENVI-18固相萃取小柱净化后,采用C18色谱柱分离,流动相甲醇:水=35:65(V/V),流速为1ml/min液相色谱分析,紫外检测波长为280nm。在1~200μg/ml范围内,峰面积与氯霉素浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992),精密度(RSD)小于5%,检测限为0.005μg/g,平均回收率为82.4%。

Abstract: The chloramphenicol in chichen was assayed with the method of solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The chichen sample was extracted by ethylacetate and cleaned by ENVI-18 SPE column. Then the sample was separated by the C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol and water(35:65, V/V), at the rate of 1ml/min and detected at 278nm. The RSD of this method is less than 5%, and the detection limit was 0.005μg/g.The everage recoveries was 82.4%.
