绿原酸清除活性氧和抗脂质过氧化的研究

摘要: 采用化学发光法,研究了不同浓度的绿原酸溶液对3种活性氧(ReactiveOxygenSpecies)O2·、·OH和H2O2的清除和抗脂质过氧化能力。研究表明,绿原酸对三种活性氧均有清除作用,其清除能力与浓度呈剂量关系,还与所清除的自由基种类有关系。绿原酸溶液浓度较大时,对三种活性氧的清除效果均明显而且稳定,而浓度较低时,对O2·和·OH清除效果则不理想,甚至产生一定的促氧化作用。同样,绿原酸对脂质过氧化也有明显的抑制作用,抑制效果也与浓度呈剂量关系。

Abstract: The scavenging ability on ROS(Reactive Oxygen Species)—O2·, ·OH and H2O2 and anti-lipid peroxidation of chlorogenic acid was evaluated by means of chemiluminescence system. The results show that the scavenging ability varies with the concentration of chlorogenic acid and the type of reactive oxygen species. High concentration of chlorogenic acid has significant scavenging effects, while very low concentration has less effect, even has prooxidative actions towards O·2and· OH. The anti-lipid peroxidation of chlorogenic acid is also obvious and is related with the concentration of chlorogenic acid.
