摘要: 以徳氏乳杆菌?永茄侵郑保保矗福?为出发菌株,经硫酸二乙酯、紫外线对细胞悬液进行诱变处理,筛选出一株共轭亚油酸高产菌株1616u,并优化其培养条件,在培养基初始pH值为5;培养温度为37℃;培养时间为30h时,发酵液中可积累共轭亚油酸平均为11.04μg/ml,最高可达11.61μg/ml。

Abstract: Original strain, Lactobacillus. delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus 1.1482 was mutated by ultraviolet radition and DES. Then a strain named 1616u, producing conjugated linoleic acid 1616u was obtained.The optimum conditions were found, original pH of culture material 5, culture temperature 37℃, and culture time 30h 11.61μg/ml is the highest with an average of 11.04μg/ml conjugated linoleic acid.
