摘要: 血管紧张素转化酶(angiotensin convert enzyme,ACE)在血压调节方面起着重要作用,当其受到抑制时血压就会降低。本文综述了A C E抑制肽的降压原理、活性检测方法、分离提纯和海洋生物蛋白源A C E抑制肽的国内外最新研究进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract: Angiotensin convert enzyme (ACE) plays an important physiologic role in the blood pressure regulation. Specific inhibition effects of ACE have shown itself to be useful as antihypertensive drugs. The paper reviewed the antihypertensive principle, separation and purification, activity determination methods and the latest domestic and international research progress of the ACE inhibitory peptides, and their wide developmental prospects were forecasted.
