摘要: 本文通过回顾军需食品发展历程、总结发展现状、分析外军食品特点,结合中国饮食习惯和当今高科技战争需要,从原料改进、提高营养价值、采用高新技术手段、改进产品形态和增强产品功能五个方面对我军军需食品进行展望。

Abstract: By reviewing development history of military fodd, summarizing its development situation and analyzing foreign military food characteristics, this paper brought forward five proposals for Chinese military fodd development such as improving material, increasing mutrition, adopting new-fashioned and advanced techniques, improving product shape and enhancing product function in consideration of Chinese customs and requirement of advanced technology war.
