摘要: 分析我国功能性食品的发展现状和存在问题,探究存在问题的形成原因和解决方法。分析建立功能性食品标准的必要性和可能性,提出建立功能性食品国家质量标准的建议。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the development situation and problems, discusses the cause and solution of the problems, probes into the necessity and possibility setting up national standard of functional food, and puts forward some proposals about establishing national standard of functional food in China.
