新疆野生植物刺山柑微量元素的研究

Study on Mineral Elements of Above-ground Part of Wild Capparis spinosa L.

摘要: 目的:分析刺山柑植株地上部分不同部位的矿质元素含量,评价其营养价值。方法:采用火焰分光光度法测定K、Na,火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu、Ni、Co、Pb、Cd、Cr。结果:刺山柑植物地上部分富含多种营养元素,对人体有害的元素除Cd外,Pb、Cr含量均低于国家标准。结论:刺山柑植株地上部分不同部位的矿质元素含量高,具有食品开发价值。

Abstract: This experiment studied the mineral element of the different parts of the above-ground part of Capparis spinosa L. by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and flame spectrometer. The results showed that there are multiple rich nutrient elements in the above-ground part of Capparis spinosa. Except Cd element, the contents of heavy metals Pb and Cr are lower than the national standards of food hygiene. In one word, further investigation of its chemical components and application in food domain is worthy.
