摘要: 对于苦瓜提取物总黄酮含量的测定,一般采用紫外分光光度法。但是,在测定过程中某些杂质,如原花青素,会干扰测定结果的稳定性、准确性和重现性。标准加入法可以消除基体效用所产生的干扰,该法简单、快速、重现性好、灵敏度高、线性范围宽,成功地应用于苦瓜提取物总黄酮含量的测定。

Abstract: The ultraviolet spectrophotometry is the common assay for determining total flavones of momordica extract.During the test, some impurities such as the proanthocyanins seriously affect the stability precision and repetition of the results. The standard adding method can eliminate the interference of basal effects. The method is simple, sensitive and rapid and repetition result is good. The linear response range is also wide. Satisfactory results are obtained for determination of total flavones in momordica extract.
