小甘菊不同部位总黄酮含量测定及其薄层色谱的初步分析

摘要: 采用70%乙醇回流法对小甘菊不同部位进行了总黄酮的提取,以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法对其进行了含量测定,结果表明总黄酮的含量顺序为叶>花>茎。并采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对小甘菊不同部位总黄酮进行了定性分析及比较,以正丁醇-醋酸-水(4:1:5)为展开剂。结果表明小甘菊不同部位总黄酮既有相同的成分又有不同的成分。

Abstract: Extraction of the total flavonids in different parts of Cancrinia discoidea (Ledeb.) Poljak by refluxing with 70% ethanol was studied.The total flavonids were determined by spectrophotometry,rutin as control sample.The results showed that the content of total flavonids in leaf was the highest, in flower was less than in leaf,and in stem was the least.We also executed qualitative analysis and comparison on the total flavonids in different parts of Cancrinia discoidea (Ledeb.) Poljak by thin layer chromatography. N-butyl alcohol-acetic acid-distilled water(4:1:5)was used as the developing solvent. The results showed that there were not only the same flavonids constituents but also different constituents in different parts of Cancrinia discoidea (Ledeb.) Poljak.
