摘要: 目的:研究虫草头孢菌粉粗多糖的理化性质并测定其多糖含量。方法:用斐林试剂检测其还原性;用硫酸-苯酚法测多糖的含量。结果:本方法制备的虫草头孢粗多糖没有还原性,不含蛋白质成分;粗多糖中多糖的含量为35.37%。

Abstract: Objective:To study the physical and chemical characteristics and determination of contents of crude polysaccharides from the Cordyceps mycelium powder.Methods:The reducing power of crude polysaccharides was detected by Fehling reagent and the polysaccharide contents were determined by phenol-sulphate acid inspects method.Results:The crude polysaccharides from the Cordyceps mycelium powder have no reducing power and no protein.The polysaccharide content of the crude polysaccharides from the Cordyceps mycelium powder is 35.37%.
