摘要: 本研究采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法,同时测定与食品接触容器中砷、锑的溶出量,并确定了仪器的最佳工作条件。方法准确、简便、快速。在选定的测定条件下,砷和锑的检出限分别为0.003μg/L和0.030μg/L,相对标准偏差分别为1.3%和2.2%,回收率分别为94.0%~102.5%和94.0%~102.8%。

Abstract: A method for the simultaneous release determination of hollowware Arsenic and Antimony in contact with food by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The optimal instrument conditions were established. The method is accurate, convenient and rapid. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limits are 0.003 μg/L and 0.030μg/L respectively. The relative standard deviations are 1.3% and 2.2%, and the recoveries are in the ranges of 94.0%~102.5% and 94.0%~102.8% for As and Sb respectively.
