大孔吸附树脂纯化库拉索芦荟中芦荟苷的研究

摘要: 通过对芦荟苷的静态吸附和动态洗脱实验,对6种大孔吸附树脂进行了筛选。结果表明:HZ-801型树脂吸附与洗脱效果最佳。优化出的最佳工艺参数为:在上样浓度为0.2765mg/ml的条件下,上样体积为520ml、洗脱剂60%乙醇、洗脱速度2ml/min、洗脱体积3倍柱床体积。纯化倍数为14.72,回收率86.3%。

Abstract: By static adsorption and continuous elution experiments on aloin,the macroporous resin HZ-801 having the highest adsorption capacity and elution ratio was screened out of six macroporous resins.Its optimal purification process param-eters are determined as follows:extract solution at a concentration of 0.2765 mg/ml,adsorption volume 520 ml,60% ethanol as eluent,elution flow rate 2 ml/min,and eluent volume 3 BV(three times bed volume).Under these conditions,the purification fold is 14.72,and the recovery is 86.3%.
