分光光度法测定和田核桃仁内隔膜中总黄酮含量

Determination of Total Flavonoids in Walnut Kernel Septum Membranes with Spectrometric Method

摘要: 以芦丁为对照品,用分光光度法测定不同溶剂提取的和田核桃仁内隔膜中总黄酮含量。乙醇回流法提取总黄酮含量最高,为6.430%,水回流法提取总黄酮含量为5.242%,乙醇回流提取法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为检测核桃仁内隔膜中黄酮含量的一种手段。

Abstract: The total flavanoids contents of Hotan walnut kernel septum membranes in the different extraction solvents by using spectrophotometric method with rutin as reference substance.Results showed that the total flavanoids content in alcohol by reflux extraction is the highest,6.430%.The total flavanoids content is 5.242% instead of alcohol with water.This method is simple and fast.It can be applied to the determination of the total flavanoids content in walnut kernel septum membranes.
