蜂花粉多肽分离纯化及免疫活性研究

摘要: 蜂花粉中含有多种蛋白和多肽。在提高免疫力、增强体质方面有明显效果。本实验通过Superose-12凝胶层析、DEAE Sepharose F.F.离子交换层析等手段,对油菜蜂花粉中60%~80%硫酸铵盐析出物进行分离纯化研究,得到一个分子量为36.3kD的多肽,通过小鼠实验发现该多肽有很好的提高免疫力活性。

Abstract: There are many kinds of proteins and peptides in the bee pollen. Many of them can significantly enhance immunity. A peptide was isolated and purified from the crude bee pollen proteins which was salted out by 60%~80% ammonium sulfate. The molecular weight estimated from SDS-PAGE was 36.3 kD. The purification procedures included Superose-12 chromatography and DEAE Sepharose F.F. ion-exchange chromatography. And the peptide could significantly enhance immunity through the mice test.
